Solving Fatigue and Adrenal Fatigue
Fatigue is one of the most common health problems I see in my practice. Patients either wake up tired or start yawning early to mid afternoon and struggle to stay awake. Or there is some people who are out right exhausted all of the time and are hanging on by a thread. And some people feel they need many cups of coffee just to get through the day. Does this describe you? Could it be you are overloading your body and mind with too many demands or “stress” and you are exhausting yourself?
Stress comes in many forms other than being mentally or emotionally stressed. Do you sit at a desk for five to eight hours a day? Do you eat a lot of refined flours and sugars (breads and cereals)? Are you overweight? Do you not exercise regularly or could you be exercising too much? Do you sleep less than 7 or 8 hours per night?
